Hi, I'm Varun 👋

I'm a developer, designer, and musician currently working as a founding engineer at Claim Health. Most of my career has been spent at early-stage companies, tackling ambiguous problems with small teams and building tools that make complex things feel effortless.

I care most about building for underserved areas - not just tools for developers, but technology for industries with real complexity, like healthcare, eldercare, and education. These are the kinds of problems much of the tech world tends to walk past. I think AI and thoughtful software can meaningfully change what's possible in those areas.
